“Varnum Continentals Host Holiday Wine Tasting at Historic Varnum Armory

We cordially invite you to attend the Varnum Continentals' first annual Holiday Wine Tasting on Friday, November 20, 2009, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Varnum Memorial Armory, 6 Main St., East Greenwich, RI.

Proceeds benefit the Varnum Continentals and our efforts to preserve history, promote patriotism, and provide education to young people and adults alike. In partnership with The Savory Grape Wine Shop, this event will feature a wide range of seasonal wines and light appetizers. Also, we will offer tours of the armory's world-class collection of military memorabilia and armaments.

This is an excellent opportunity to unwind with friends before the hectic holiday season begins. We sincerely hope you will join us for a fun social event that also supports our organization's hard work.

Advance tickets are $20 per person and are available at the East Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, 580 Main St., East Greenwich, RI, as well as Scribe Calligraphy Studio, 26 Main St., East Greenwich, RI. Also, you may also send a check using the form at the bottom of this invitation. We will hold tickets for you at the door. You can also purchase tickets at the door on event night for $25 per person.
